But the Huskies’ 7-1 rout in Game 1 of the best-of-five final series Sunday night was marred by a frightening scene late in the second period.

02/28/10 Aigles Bleues loose 6-2 in final SMU wins AUS Championship MONCTON – Saint Mary’s University Huskies caused quite a surprise during the weekend by capturing the honours of the 13th Subway Atlantic University Sport Women’s Hockey Championship played at the J.-Louis Lévesque Arena.
Huskies beat the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues 6-2 in the final game on Sunday to win the right to represent the Atlantic Region in the national championships in Antigonish in two weeks.
