Bio

A former captain with the Concordia Stingers women’s hockey team, Erica was an assistant coach with that program from 2020-2023. While playing at Concordia, she made her coaching debut with the school’s Little Stingers hockey camp, a program she later led.

After graduating from Concordia with her MSc: Exercise Science, Erica was the Athletic Director at Champlain Regional College in Sherbrooke, Que., as well as an assistant coach with the school’s women’s hockey team. She moved to Halifax in 2023 where she is currently Hockey Nova Scotia’s High Performance Female Coach and leads a training program in partnership with Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic, aimed at targeted high performance athletes.
